Tori Spelling Keeping Baby #3's Sex a Surprise

Tori Spelling just announced her third pregnancy – and this time around, she wants to do things differently.

The Tori & Dean: sTORIbook Weddings star says she and hubby Dean McDermott want to keep the sex of their baby a surprise.

"We've been blessed with a boy and girl already, so this time we've decided to do it the traditional way and not find out the sex," Spelling, 37, tells PEOPLE.

Already mom to son Liam, 4, and daughter Stella, 2, the reality star says her new addition will be joining an already boisterous brood.

"They are best friends but they are at that age where there's that love-hate relationship," Spelling told PEOPLE at the GLAAD Media Awards in Los Angeles recently. "[Liam] beats [Stella] up, and she just adores him."

But by nightfall, all is forgotten. "They just started sleeping together," Spelling said. "That's their new thing. They want to sleep in the same room."

Tori Spelling: I'm Pregnant With My Third Child!

Tori Spelling and hubby Dean McDermott are expecting their third child! The actress and reality star, 37, announced her baby news via Twitter Monday

"I know there's been a lot of speculation, so I wanted everyone to hear from me. . .it's official. . . Dean & I are PREGNANT!"

Married since 2006, Spelling and McDermott, 44, have two children together: son Liam, 4, and daughter Stella, 2.

The Beverly Hills, 90210 vet concealed her growing baby bump in NYC on Monday, where she and McDermott were promoting their new Oxygen reality series sTORIbook Weddings. The famous couple were coy with Us Magazine about expanding their brood.

"We definitely [want more kids]," Spelling admitted.

"We want a couple more," McDermott added. So do little Liam and Stella, who "want [a younger sibling] really bad," McDermott said. "They love babies!"

"They ask us every day!" Spelling added. "It's so funny!

Best part about parenthood? "Every second!" Spelling cooed.

"It's ever-changing," her hubby added.

"It's challenging, but every second is amazing," Spelling told Us in August 2010: "I'm passionate about everything in my life. Obviously my family and my kids are my priority. I want to be that stay-at-home mom, but I want to build an empire at the same time."

Kim Stewart Prego With Benicio del Toro's Baby

Life & Style can confirm exclusively that Kimberly Stewart, the daughter of rocker Rod Stewart, is pregnant with actor Benicio del Toro's baby, a rep for Benicio confirms.

"Kimberly is pregnant. Benicio is the father and is very supportive," Benicio's rep, Robin Baum, tells Life & Style exclusively. "Although they are not a couple, they are looking forward to the arrival of the baby."

Benicio, 44, is best known for winning an Academy Award for his role in Traffic in 2001. Kimberly was most recently linked to actors Jude Law and Rhys Ifans, and in 2005 Kimberly was engaged to then-Laguna Beach star Talan Torriero, who was seven years younger than her.

Nicole Richie Is NOT Pregnant Despite Rumors

Nicole Richie would like to clear the air.

This past week, the fashion designer and mother of two became the subject of fresh pregnancy rumors after some blogs claimed she was sporting a baby bump in new photos.

Richie, 29, told Us Magazine in a statement Friday:

"Contrary to recent speculation, I am not pregnant. This irresponsible reporting continues to feed an atmosphere of self-doubt and insecurity. To publicly point out a change in anyone's body is mean spirited and cruel. People's bodies change and change again. This is not newsworthy and is a waste of valuable media space that should be used for more important issues."

Richie and rocker husband Joel Madden (they wed in Beverly Hills last December) are already parents to daughter Harlow, 3, and son Sparrow, 18 months.

During a January appearance on CBS' The Talk, Richie explained why she's not racing to have a third child.

"I don't think it's fair to ask someone that had two [children] back to back if they're going to have another one. Right now I'm like, 'Nooo!'," the former Simple Life star said, laughing, "But you never know. I need a nap!"

Khloe & Lamar Try To Conceive on Premiere

For Khloe Kardashian and her hubby Lamar Odom, timing really is everything!

On Sunday's premiere of the couple's new E! reality series, Khloe & Lamar, Odom, 31, gripes about having to schedule sex with his wife according to her ovulation schedule in the hopes of getting pregnant.

"It's a little weird when it comes to [scheduling] sex," Odom says, as Kardashian, 26, and her BFF/assistant Malika go over the week's itinerary, which includes a book signing, dinner with Kardashian's mom Kris Jenner, and of course, lots of lovemaking.

While Odom is hesitant to plan their time in bed -- "I like to pop off spontaneously," he admits -- his wife is much more enthusiastic about the process.

"Wednesday, Thursday, Friday -- let's bang it out!" she enthuses.

Pink: Being Pregnant Makes Me Clumsy

Mom-to-be Pink is just trying to stay on her feet.

In the latest set of amusing (and personal) Tweets that the singer, 31, has posted during her pregnancy, she admits she's having trouble walking.

"I am the clumsiest I have ever been in my life," she Tweeted Monday night. "Fell AGAIN today! I feel like my 92 yr old grammom … #dumb."

Explains the mama-to-be, "I just feel … silly. I fell up the stairs."

Less silly, however, is the Tweet where Pink explains what her mom went through when she was pregnant.

"My dad drug her by her coat 20 feet hanging from the car door in snow when I was in her tummy," she writes.

Khloé: "I'm Not Desperate to Have a Baby"

Since marrying Lamar Odom in 2009, widespread pregnancy speculation has shadowed Khloé Kardashian and her non-existent "baby bump."

And although both Odom, 31, and Kardashian's brother Rob have said they hope there's a baby "on the way soon," Kardashian, 26, is in no rush to have kids.

"I'm not desperate to have a baby," the reality star told PEOPLE Thursday, while promoting her new E! show Khloé & Lamar, which debuts next month. "Do I want children? Yes. But I'm very happy being just Lamar and I."

She added, "I think a baby would add so much to us, but right now, I'm so content and so happy with the way things are. People think I would sell my hair to have a child."

That's not to say Kardashian would be upset if she got pregnant tomorrow.

"We feel like we're young and whatever is meant to happen is meant to happen," she says. "I'm healthy, I know I can have children. He can have children. It's like we're not doing anything to stop it, but I don't have like an ovulation calendar and all that."

Neither does she want to wait too long. "Trying to get pregnant is hard," she explains. "People don't seem to realize that you only have three days out of the month to get pregnant. And if you miss those three days, you have to wait for the next month."

Given all the variables, Kardashian says, "If I don't get pregnant in a few years, then we'll call the doctor and figure out what happened."
